This is the most ambitious project I've taken on for a Ludum Dare. While I wasn't even close to finishing my initial concept, I'm proud of what I did get done and I think it at least shows what I was going for.

The idea is to create a game in the tycoon genre, like Roller Coaster Tycoon, where you manage an MMO world. This includes designing and building the world, managing business costs, and responding to player feedback. I was inspired by a developer who is currently a few years into developing exactly this kind of game.  - WASD or Arrow keys to pan camera, mouse wheel to zoom in and out.

 - Use the buttons on the left to add NPC quest givers and artifacts to the world.

 - Players will automatically accept quests from NPCs to seek out the ancient artifacts.

I learned an incredible amount about what I can and can't easily do in Unity, and I'll take that knowledge to all my other projects.

it's an interesting prototype, if you work on it more it can be very good.
